In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

In no event shall vipphclub's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipphclub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vipphclub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may close your vipphclub account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit vipphclub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
